i didnt want to put too much detail but the kids who cause the most of the mess and trouble in that area are the ones who have parents who stay in bed all day and let their kids do what they want as long as they dont get disturbed so as usual the parents who bring their kids up right and their children get nothing
it seems to be the british way to reward those who actualy create the problem and it always seems to be at the expense of those who arnt the problem like when they send people who mug old ladys on holiday
