My son is a junior warden and i think you will find that those kids that are picking up the litter are the ones who care for their community and surrounding areas. can i now correct you in this thread because it is my friend who actualy lives in this area and deals with the comunity wardens and i can tell you that the majority of the kids benefiting from the scheme are the scroats who make the mess in the first place and quite a few other residents are unhappy with it as well
like i said earlier i usualy praise the wardens but in this case they have dropped the ball so to speak
