Before the obscenity laws were recently relaxed, every film released in this country had to go before the film classification board.

There was an offical guideline that any male appendage couldn't be any more er.....'lively' than the angle between the Mull of Kintyre and mainland Scotland. An angle that is decidely......flacid.
