Yes it is good but so is the article on page 3 "New blunder on Broadway" HBC's officers are now looking for a security van with flag breaking wheels, if they don't find it the taxpayer will have to foot the bill for repairs. Not that HBC officers are checking the contractors work to ensure the flags have been laid as per the specification and bedded down correctly
