Shame on you, Less - toilet paper indeed. It's lavatory paper.

Must admit, we do have dinner at home. When I was a child, we had tea, but only if it was just tea, bread & butter, cakes, etc. If you had a meal, it was high tea.

I do hate the word "serviette" too. And I taught both my children never to say "Pardon?" if they hadn't heard something. They just say "What?".
