Talk to him Debbie, Welcome him into your realm and ask if there’s anything you can do to help. If it’s need your help, you will know. The box’s flying off the selves is much more likely to be a physical emanation from within you. Nothing to worry about really either way, Spirit won’t harm you and if you yourself or developing a psychic skill or medium ship just pop along to your local Spiritualist church and they well give you some guidance…..Just remember that your ghost will feel your presents as well and it might have been their home before it was yours……
