at the abbey they charge £3.00 to draw cash over the counter and their excuse is that you shuld use the cash machine

well untill cash machines start giving out pound coins and 5 pound notes peopel will need to use the counter occasionaly

as for cash machines that charge a pound its all well saying that its ok to charge because the machine takes up floor space but dont forget the only reason why they are there is to provide the customer with acess to their money to spend in their shops so in a way they pay for themsleves
