Interesting comments, as has been said it's our money so why pay to draw it from where ever, the stores, shops that have the cash machines in, why are they there............to make the store owners a bit more profit, or to provide a service so you can draw cash to spend in their stores/ shops.
From chav1's comment the Abbey charge £3 to draw money over their counter.........................no way find another bank.
