Why 90 Day’s……..What happens if you find your evidence on day 94 when the would be terrorist has left the country. The length of detention is irrelevant. If you need more time you go to the judge when appropriate. What you going to do if you don’t have sufficient cause to hold someone after your 90 days are up, you apply for more. What Blaire was doing was playing up to the public and claiming the high moral ground, it is he who playing political games because he knows that there will always be those people that will crib about this subject and take their eyes off the ball. If you want to act against this threat you take the appropriate action and stand by your decision come what may. I would prefer it if the money spent on long periods of detention was spent on building up the intelligence network and bullets. Identify your target. Mark It. Destroy it. We would save a fortune that way, so we can spend more money people who deserve something better than petty political ramblings...
