with the 90 day thing i cud easily be locked up for 90 days as they trek thru my pc or search my back ground and be inconclusive. yet for that simple thing i know i wud lose my job straight away as i work for the home office.

Mani if you work for the home office then you would have had stringent background checks done prior to starting the job. These would be as tough or tougher than the ones some suspects would face.
You will just have to get rid of shoot em up games in case they consider that training.
