Top coat? It's already on a level with the paving slabs so any mor coats and it's going to be higher than the paving slabs.

Also if that concrete keeps wearing off at the rate it has done today it's going to get washed into that little drainage channel and bung it up. Then can you imagine what will happen if it freezes after a downpour?

Hey, maybe that's the idea. Maybe HBC were jealous of Blackburn having an Ice Arena so decided Broadway could double up.
