Yes, we already have planning permission for that and will be entitled to funding for the work when we are promoted to the league. The ground is currently good enough to be passed for promotion, there are simply requirements that upgrades (e.g. to the Whinney Hill stand in order to increase the number of seats) are done within a couple of seasons of league entry.
