Most of you will have seen the offer from BT for wireless broadband, I already have BT broadband but the idea of going wireless is of great interest to me.
I looked on their web site and not only wireless for the same price but £150 off a selected laptop, now that is an offer I was very tempted by, however disappointment was just around the corner:-

Oh! to be let down after being given such High hopes, not to be put off I sent them the following email:-
Dear Sir,
I noted with interest the advert for wireless Broadband on t.v. yesterday, I then had a look at your site and was impressed with your offer of £150 off a selected laptop, however I was very dissapointed to find that this offer is open only to new users.
Can I ask if in the near future you will be expanding this offer to those of us that intend to remain loyal to your service or perhaps your intention is to give me a surprise christmas present of a FREE laptop because I am and wish to remain a loyal customer,
Wishing you all the best for the coming season and will await the arrival of my postman with baited breathe.
Should I get up early every morning to greet my local postie or should I in the words of the wise,
