I think for donkey's years, most major companies BT, British Gas, Banks etc have got away with shoddy service with no perks for existing customers. They think that once you are a customer you'll not be bothered with the hassle of moving to someone else. Unfortunately that is not the case now. It's dead easy to move to different suppliers of services, as BT and British Gas have both found out in my case. I would consider going back to BT but after 3 letters to try and entice me back, all of which got my name wrong, they can kiss my bum.....
