I got a nice email from BT the other day to tell me all about the "exciting" new features they have added to my account at no extra cost. Spam guard anti-virus guard, anti-phishing guard. I cannot describe how excited I am to be the lucky recipient of this example of BT's largesse and consideration for little me, "multiple orgasms" doesn't even come close!

What sort of world do these people live in, where the addition of a spam guard can be described as an "exciting" development???? Clearly, they do not get out nearly enough.

What would be exciting is if my Modem didn't keep dropping the line whenever it suited it and if BT bumped up the bl**dy speed and dropped the bl**dy price!
