No Margaret, the dodgier the scheme the more chance of a good solid return on any investment,
actually you are quite right, they would have to be sound, but that doesn't mean that the top men would have invested it wisely on our behalf.
Someone somewhere would have created a
South Sea Bubble that would have seen all those funds disappearing into nothing!
