If HBC want our boxes to be out by 7.30 then that is just what I do. Why should I be inconvenienced by their ineptitude to do their job properly and at the correct time??
My solution is to keep calling them up and getting somebody to come and empty it later (somebody once came in a hatchback!!) The fact that this has happened countless times makes you wonder if there is any communication between council departments.
