HBC Fraud department are aware of it. They say the law states they cannot enter the premises untill 21 weeks have passed. Work that one out. Also when they write to the address cause they pick their mail up often they cannot prove that they are not living there and HBC have not got any law to check (ie, look in fridge for fresh food, look in bedrooms, etc)
