The only way to stop racism is for all people to be treated equally regardless of race and for all people to accept the fact that jobs should be gained on merit and not on skin colour.

If the best applicants for the job are all the same colour so what? It shouldn't matter.

It seems like the only way you'd ever get all human beings to work together would be if we were under threat of invasion from outer space. Then pretty soon we'd end up with speciesism or something.

As for the punishment for murder. Whoever kills takes a life whether that life is the same race or not and all punishment for murder should be the same. This idea of a racially motivated murder being worse than a non-racially motivated murder doesn't make much sense to the victim's family I dare bet.
