will never happen and is definatly not true
however the person who told you this has probably got mixed up with the information below
the xbox1 will play
ps1 games
n64 games
atari games
commodore64 games
gameboy advance games
snes games
a few others i cant remeber right now but to play them you have to have your xbox1 chipped which is now illigal in the uk and run emulators
basicly no the ps3 will not play xbox games
