The light is not attracting more people to congregate at the play area, but less. As you know we have a very good vantage point and are happily monitering the situation for you now you've moved.
I do agree that more lighting on the paths but would make it safer. The whole reason the light works at the play area is because they can be seen if they are up to mischief, this sadly wouldn't be the case if it was put on the bowling greens.
