Message really for people in Church / Dill Hall area. The travellers are back again visiting family members. They have already burgled one house on Norfolk Grove, Boxing Day (occupant knows it was them but is too frightened to go to police in case of reprisals from them), witnesses saw them casually walking from the burgled house to their relatives carrying a large flat screen tv and i witnessed them myself do a runner from a taxi that had picked them up from Blackburn Royal Infirmary.
These are the same travellers that set their dog on my cat when she was in the garden in the summer with her kittens.

So please be extra vigilant around here and keep an eye on your cats !
