We in same position as Halifax, with a lease on the land we occupy (virtual freehold) but we could still find the land up For Sale if the freeholder so wished (HBC)
Halifax's problem is mainly with the fact the council renaigned on an offer of a loan to the SST to finish the ground, supposedly a million quid! Then also said you gonna have a new (private) landlord! The lease they currently have would have to be given up when a new freeholder was found but the club would be invloved with the negoatiations so there's no real worry there IMO
There is a worry in the fact, for Fax, that the Shay will stay unfinished for a good 5 years at least then they need to find private investment
