I was in ASDA once and this guy in the Q behind me had a trolly full of 'Good for you' this and that ready meals all shouting 'Less than 4%fat' from their boxes. As I turned round I noticed something the shelf and turned to Julie and said quite loudly ' Have you seen that, Turkish Delight is being promoted at 98% fat free. Thats because its 98% SUGAR!!!'

So Gayle, Ignore teh 'Fat Free' fad, look at the overall healthiness of your food. Take into account calorific value, Fibre and make an informed decision from there.
I personally like jerky(Dried meat) as it is very flavoursome, low in fat and carbs and keeps forever.
