hi there all, my name is paul and im from kent, recently my dear old nan past away. and me, my mum, and uncle was looking through some very very old photos, (i dont have them at the moment) but at the bottom of the first one it says, A.Greenwood, Blackburn road, Accrington, and on the second it said J.Harrison,abbey street, Accrington mmm ???
my mum and uncle have no clues as to who they are and would love any info that someone may have !! or could you put me on the right tracks on how to find out about these people as my uncle wants to biuld up from the first photo's to all the latest, i cant really give a date, but i would guess at around 100 to 150 years ago. maybe nans and grandads up there could throw some light on this matter. well i hope i get some reaction soon and happy new year to all. :engsmil:
oh sorry and my nan was called lucy knight, her daughter is susan night, and son is called peter knight. many thanks.
