I dont think theres a lot they can do & doubt i'll get far as if i had known earlier, thing is this was 6yrs ago but least im more the wiser now & yeah you are right it had stigmatised my view of sky as i was led to beleive it was totally their fault being far too premmature with taking their money - which they shouldn't of broke the agreement on.

I will do what H Red has suggested then i still control when they get their money without the hassle of phone bills.
