I would echo Big Al’s sentiments. The old ground was at Peel Park, the land that held the pitch itself is still there although little more than memories survive of the stadium that once held crowd of 26,000. Perhaps the next time you’re up here a visit might be arranged, with some real Ale perhaps and a few ghosts.
