Please read the earlier posts on this thread.
There is a strong suggestion that this was a limited edition of 350. There is talk of trading profitably on eBay. "Collectors' items" changing hands at many times their original price. And so on.
I haven't made it up, so please don't shoot the messenger.
If it is indeed
not a "limited edition" then perhaps you will give positive consideration to the Cambridge fans' request (and, perhaps, that of many Stanley supporters) and possibly arrange for an additional printing.
I can't remember an occasion when I was asked by so many supporters whether I knew if there were any programmes remaining.
Finally , in response to your question "Why on earth would we make a deliberate decision not to print enough programmes?" . . . there's a small but important difference between
printing enough programmes and actually
distributing them on match day.
