I think an ex-player/coach would suit the job best....it's obvious the european no passion style management just isn't right for the England team. I'd say either Stuart Pearce or Steve McClaren would best suit the job...ok they have no experience but so what? Sven had decades of experience and where did that get us? Guus Hiddink had no international experiece before leading SOUTH KOREA to the semi finals of the world cup!!
I dont think Martin O'Neill would be a good choice...his passions lie with Ireland too much.
