I'm possibly in my favourite ever job right now but in dream world what I'd absolutely love to do is open a restaurant in Skiathos. The group of us that go there quite often have all discussed (knowing it would never happen) how we'd do it. Chris would be the breakfast Chef and everyone else had a role, from Chef to designing the menu boards every day - my role was front of house. I'd be that nutter running up and down the harbour encouraging people to come in then I'd take over behind the bar mixing cocktails.

So what's your dream job?
