Well said West Ender. Everyone is an individual and we can't lump age groups together and judge all the same. A re-test as we get older is an excellent idea, every 10 years wouldn't be bad, maybe with advancing years every 5 would then be better.

I've also seen some very reckless youngsters on the roads who think they are good drivers.
