Re: Driving at 101, Safe or not?
Right then folks here goes....
Driving license not issued for 50 years but only until holder reaches 70 years of age
Male of 101 years of age fully mobile and alert able to control a motor vehicle in a safe manner any problems there? (Told that he looked more like an 80yo) When he started to drive test and license NOT required but think he'll have to have a medical every year from 70.
Male 18 in Army, fully Mobile and alert passes his Driver training (Car and LGV with Hazmat and off-road) and can now handle a motor vehicle in a safe and controlled manner has his own car and could be branded as a BOY RACER but (as far as I'm aware) he doesn't do that (well said johnboy by the way) and he to has to drive on the motorway
Male 49 fully mobile and alert (has to have medical checks every 3 years for his PCV) works on Emergency Ambulance and has to drive at speed above the speed limit (but within reason and safe for other road users) Been driving for 30 years and can drive any of the following Mopeds, Motorbikes, Cars Car with trailer, Small Lorries + trailers, Single Deckers, Double Deckers, Coaches, Mini-buses Ambulances etc. Urban roads, country roads, motorway etc
Which one of the above is the BETTER driver??????????????
Chav please keep using the push-pull as you'll find it does help to keep the vehicle in control
ANSWER:-
ANY!!!! it all depends on how they handle to situation that is at hand be it traffic (volume, speed), the weather, the road conditions etc and so long as that gent is able to drive in a safe and controlled manner then power to him.
