Oh Katex you have my sympathy! I hate hair disasters and I've had loads! lol!
I was sat at home one day bored and thought 'Oh I fancy going blonde'. Off I trot to Boots to get a hair bleaching kit. Did the business, as I'm really dark haired I thought I'd leave it on for a while longer than it said. When I did wash it off, I swear .... it was bright illuminous YELLOW!!! I could have cried!! Straight to the hairdressers (who just fell about laughing for ages!) to return it back to my natural colour lol!
I agree with Margaret about the importance of our hair to us. I love my hair, although you wouldn't think so with how badly I mistreat it lol! When I was younger my hair was really straight and I spent a fortune having the perms to make it curly ..... now it's naturally curly I spend hours straightening it .... and i've even been known to get the iron on it when I'm rushing lol!
I often think if it could my hair, it would just get off my head and run away after slapping me very hard!!
