I got a card from Lettie and the 1st series of "Shameless" on DVD, which I had been looking for since before Christmas.
Lettie was working late on Valentine's Day, so me being the cynic that I am breathed a huge sigh of relief that we didn't have to pay over the odds in a restaurant that night. Instead, we went out on Wednesday evening, to Weezo's, in Clitheroe. The meal was excellent; well presented and very tasty. I can thoroughly recommend this place.
I think we are catching the bug for eating out, 'cos for Friday tea I took Lettie for her 1st visit to the Claccy Diner, Clayton St Chippy, in great Harwood. How can fish, chips & mushy peas taste so good? If you wanna know, visit this chippy. Don't let it be said that I can't show a girl a good time!
