44 years ago it was us. Let’s not forget what its cost many generations to bring Accrington Stanley back to the threshold of re-entering League football.

Take no pleasure in what’s happening here, not least in our own self interest. If Crawley go down before the end of the season it may well affect the final outcome of the table.

I hope that this is just a pressure play in order to restructure the club or at least a little miss-advised stunt.
