Well done busman, it's not actually my idea and is already very much reality in several areas of britain. And yes they have every intention of charging you for the amount of rubbish you throw away. They're going to have to, they're running out of placesto put it. One answer is to build incinerators around the country, but they're not very efficient not very nice, they stink, and they push out pollutants
They don't have enough places to deal with all the recycling that they want us to produce either. It's all very well recycling, but if it then ends up in an incinerator, whats the point
