They do but it stated in the Observer they do what Lancashire says because Lancashire pays for it. We had a lot more snow over here than in Blackburn. My parents live that way and did not get that much. I went as far as Intack this morning and Blackburn road was terrible. I saw the gritters out but the snow was coming down quite heavy and the gritting wasn't making much difference at first. A few hours later and the roads were looking a lot better.
Which is more than I can say about the drivers.
