Don't start with daft ideas like that, I pay monthly and only for 10 months in the year ( Council computers can't devide by 12 ). ONce a month collections and then 2 months without a collection, no thank you

Weekly collections for both recyclable and non-recyclable would cost twice as much money. It would mean 2 teams doing each house once a week.
