I have little or no time for hoolies in general. I used to think that there were 'rules' attached to hooliganising though. Such as leave the scarfers out of it etc. Maybe this is the case when teams have proper 'firms'. But it seems to me that the underbelly of football society is on the rise again and in non-league. I was approached at Exeter, recent troubles involving Boring Wood, Exeter v York, one or two stories surrounding Aldershot, Hereford v Exeter. Is the problem here that they don't have real firms who support the rules? No, it is just scumbags trying to rule through fear. Most of em get beat by their wives an all
