if your supplying all the food and the dvd's you should charge about a tenner. I think i started baby sitting at about 13/14, id sit on the setee all night with the children watching cartoons, id make there supper and then put them to bed then id clean up and wash up. They were the best children ive ever babysat for! they were so well behaved. I think that if this girl is mature enough and has a good background then give her a chance, i suppose it doesnt really matter how old they are aslong as your children are safe and looked after thats all that matters!
