Certainly not, but surely they're not mutually exclusive, or would the roof be built if we weren't going up?
Probably the club has struck a balance,
a business plan, with a view to maximising income, fair enough. But that would seem to be where the club (any club), and its supporters' views start to diverge, to varying degrees.
Personally I'd put a roof, and the increased atmosphere that would lead to, above a pint and a burger. It will be interesting to see how the new pricing structure reflects on the proposed changes.
