We received 'sex education' at primary school, when we were aged 10/11.

At the end of the six afternoons, learning about the birds and the bees, Mrs Chapman asked if we had any questions. Deathly silence ensued until I raised my hand and asked the same question, why do we have publuc hair?

I had a vision of some sort of cushion or buffer so the mating couple didn't bang their bones together, thus causing each other discomfort.

Mrs Chapman never gave an answer that totally satisfied my youthful curiosity all those years ago.

What troubles me now though is why men get more nasal hair as you get older?
