At the Supporters' Club Meeting of Feb 13th , with 22 Members present , I asked the three Directors who were present why our Dublin Branch Members (amongst others) were experiencing difficulties in obtaining shirts.
We received a full and frank explanation which , it was then felt , was a little
too full and frank.
The Directors asked us not to divulge certain parts of the information and, like responsible adults , we agreed.
It's all too easy to gain cheap points by going around saying " I know a secret and I'm not gonna tell you it ,
nah nah na nah nah - oh, alright then, I will".
The Supporters' Club retains the confidence of ASFC because , when asked to keep something quiet , it does.
And that's why Supporters' Club Members often find out what's happening rather earlier than some others.
