This has come up several times on our local sites, which seem to be having some sort of battle, then we've got the bookguide which seems hell bent on slagging the town off. one site used a paragraph from a letter that had been written to the book guide, and then accusations started flying.
I know sites can licence material under gnu ? wiki uses it, but, What is fair use all about?
