The other and possibly better way is to attend the next Harwood Area Council meeting and bring up it there. It will be minuted then so it can't be forgotten about. For parking you should also talk to your County Councillor. The roads and parking schemes are more down to county than local. Still agree you should try your local councillor but do both because the local councillor is the one who can put more pressure on the county councillor.
