I take it you mean how do you stand if you don't have a TV licence? If so, the answer is that it is perfectly legal to watch the archived programmes. C4 are doing it with precious episodes of Lost, also. Because it is not a -real-time', 'live' stream, but a per-request viewing of an archived file, there is no requirement to have a television licence, therefore viewing the programme through such a medium is perfectly legal.

If you have a TV card on your PC though, this complicates things.
