Hi, after much messing i managed to do this. run the network wizard on the laptop and have a pen drive in so when it says save it on media it saves on the pen drive. it will save a file, take this to the pc and install it, if you have norton on it make sure you are allowing the ip address of the laptop through or just get rid! u should then be able to access one computer from another! i dont know if any of this makes sense to anyone but it does to me!!!
