'The Mount' is somewhat of an ESMI unit it's run by Lancashire Care (Mental Health Trust) rather than HRV PCT.
I presume it will continue as such even with the pending re-organisation, as far as I know Lancashire Care has not been re-organised whereas HRV PCT is joining with BPR PCT to form a new 'East Lancs PCT' ........ anyone remember East Lancs Health Authority from 5 years ago
well done labour for wasting 5 years, billions of pounds and putting us back, basically where we were albeit with more devolved services which need more management and paperwork to ensure that they are operating correctly
