I met Lucy on an Accrington Corporation bus in 1980, I was working as a bus driver, she had one of those rambler cards and used to use the buses quite a lot visiting friends around the Accy area. That gave us plenty of time to chat and we found we had quite a lot in common (except I didn't like the Bay City Rollers) we started going out together and then she moved to Bury, we still continued to see each other until a few years later I moved over to Bury and we bought our house. I guess that is about it really except we are getting married later this year, I never did like rushing anything.
