For unusual surnames there really should be a new thread but here are just a few of the ones I've come across, over the years, in my job. I promise they are all genuine.

Smellie
Daft
Sh!tehouse (honestly!)
Dodgie
Tickle
Winkle
Radish
Clott
Gobbler

I even had correspondence with a German whose name was Dr F*ck.

Had to edit poor Mr Sh!tehouse as the computer didn't believe it.
